Why this page is simple

I read the messages.

You’re not sending something into a giant ticket system. I’m the person building Slavia, so good feedback usually reaches the person who can actually fix it.

If it’s a bug, tell me what happened. If a character suddenly felt robotic, tell me who. If something about the product bothered you, say it plainly.

Something broke.

Login trouble, payment issues, account problems, a screen that doesn’t behave — or something that simply doesn’t work the way it should.

02 · Character

Something felt off.

If she forgot something important, suddenly sounded like an assistant, or stopped feeling like herself, I want to know.

03 · Idea

Something could be better.

You don’t need to write a product brief. Even a short “this part annoyed me” can be useful.

Slavia is independently built and operated, but there is still a real legal entity behind the product for billing, contracts, privacy, and compliance.

I keep this here because you should know who is responsible for the product you’re using.
