Terms of Service

Slavia.ai is a conversation with fictional, AI-generated characters, for adults. These are the terms you agree to by using it. They are written to be read, so they are short.

1. Who we are

Slavia.ai ("we", "us") is operated by Slavia AI Ltd. You can reach us at /contact.

2. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to view adult material where you live. We check this before you can talk to anyone, and the check is enforced on our servers rather than in your browser. In places whose law requires identity-based age verification — the United Kingdom and a number of US states — you will be asked to confirm your age with an approved provider before you can enter. Lying about your age is a breach of these terms and we will close the account.

3. What this is, and is not

Every character is fictional and generated by software. She is not a person, does not have feelings, and does not know things about the world beyond what a language model knows. Nothing she says is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. If you are in crisis, please talk to a real person or a local emergency service.

4. Your account

You can look around and exchange the first 8 messages without an account. After that we ask for an email address and a password. The account exists to recover your conversations on another device; it does not change what you can do.

At signup you are shown a recovery code once. We never send email — not for marketing, not for password resets. If you lose both your password and your recovery code, we cannot restore your access, and everything attached to the account is out of reach. Keep the code somewhere safe.

5. Paying for access

Access is sold as a window of time, not a subscription. Every window is the same access: every character, unlimited conversation, and 25 media credits a week. The only difference is how long it runs:

  • Talk — 7 days for $4.99
  • Keep — 30 days for $14.99
  • Build — 90 days for $34.99

Payment is by card or cryptocurrency. Card payments are processed by our adult billing partner; crypto is processed by ATLOS. Your window starts when the payment clears, and if you already have time left, the new window is added to the end of it. Nothing auto-renews. There is no card on file and no way for us to charge you again without you choosing to pay; when a window ends, access ends until you buy another.

Because cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed, purchases are final once confirmed, except where the law where you live gives you a right we cannot exclude. If a payment confirmed and your access did not arrive, contact us with the order id and we will fix it.

6. Credits

Credits pay for photos and voice notes that a character has decided to send. They buy volume, never access to her — there is nothing you can buy that changes what she is willing to do or say.

  • Each week of an active window includes 25 credits. The week starts when you first spend one. Unused weekly credits do not carry over; a new week starts fresh.
  • You can also buy credits outright: 50 credits for $9.99, 150 credits for $24.99. Bonus credits that come with a longer window count as purchased credits.
  • Purchased credits never expire while your account exists, and are only spent once the week's included credits are gone.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or refunded.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service if you are under 18, or help anyone under 18 use it;
  • attempt to produce, request or describe sexual content involving minors — in any form, real or fictional. This is the one line that ends an account instantly and, where the law requires it, is reported;
  • try to make a character resemble or impersonate a real person;
  • circumvent the age check, the message limits, or any other control;
  • scrape, probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or resell access to it;
  • use the service for anything illegal where you are.

The content policy and blocked content pages say more about what the characters will and will not do.

8. Your content and ours

What you write stays yours. You give us permission to store it and send it to the AI services that generate the replies — nothing more. The characters, their writing, their images and the service itself are ours or our licensors'.

9. Ending things

You can stop using the service at any time, and you can ask us to delete everything. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will if section 7 is involved. If we close your account for a breach, any remaining window or credits are forfeited.

10. No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided as it is. Language models make mistakes, images are generated, and we do not promise the service will be available at any given moment. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. We will not change what a window you have already paid for includes.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes go to its courts.
