Terms of Service

Slavia.ai is a conversation with fictional, AI-generated characters, for adults. These are the terms you agree to by using it. They are written to be read, so they are short.

1. Who we are

Slavia.ai ("we", "us") is operated by Niche stack s.r.o., registered in the Czech Republic. You can reach us at /contact.

2. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to view adult material where you live. We check this before you can talk to anyone, and the check is enforced on our servers rather than in your browser. In places whose law requires identity-based age verification — the United Kingdom and a number of US states — we either check your age with an approved provider or, where we have not set one up yet, do not offer the service at all. You will see a plain “not available where you are”, not a workaround. Lying about your age is a breach of these terms and we will close the account.

3. What this is, and is not

Every character is fictional and generated by software. She is not a person, does not have feelings, and does not know things about the world beyond what a language model knows. Nothing she says is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. If you are in crisis, please talk to a real person or a local emergency service.

4. Your account

You can look around and exchange the first 8 messages without an account. After that we ask for an account — first name, last name, email, and a password, or Google / X. The names and email are so a card payment has someone to bill; we only email you to reset a password. The account exists to recover your conversations on another device; it does not change what you can do.

At signup you are shown a recovery code once. We email you only to reset a password — never marketing. If you forget the password, use the reset link or the recovery code. If you lose the inbox and the code, we cannot restore your access, and everything attached to the account is out of reach. Keep the code somewhere safe.

5. Plans and billing

Every plan includes every character, unlimited conversation, and 18+ content. The three plans differ in photos, voice and creating your own companion — and none of them changes what a character is willing to do or say:

  • Talk monthly — $9.99 a month: 50 photo credits every 30 days, no voice notes
  • Keep monthly — $14.99 a month: 150 photo credits every 30 days, voice notes
  • Build monthly — $29.99 a month: 300 photo credits every 30 days, voice notes, create your own companion
  • Talk yearly — $59.99 a year: 50 photo credits every 30 days, no voice notes
  • Keep yearly — $99.99 a year: 150 photo credits every 30 days, voice notes
  • Build yearly — $199.99 a year: 300 photo credits every 30 days, voice notes, create your own companion

Card plans renew automatically at the same price, every month or every year depending on the plan you chose, until you cancel. The price, the period and the fact that it renews are shown before you pay, and our billing partner emails a receipt for every charge. Card payments are processed by our adult billing partner, CCBill, and appear on your statement under a discreet billing name.

Cancel anytime, through CCBill's support site (support.ccbill.com) or by writing to us at /contact; we cancel within one business day. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not refund part-used periods, except where the law where you live gives you a right we cannot exclude.

Cryptocurrency (processed by ATLOS) buys one period of the same plan and does not renew: when it ends, access ends until you buy again. Your access starts when the payment clears, and if you already have time left, the new period is added to the end of it.

Because cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed, purchases are final once confirmed, except where the law where you live gives you a right we cannot exclude. If a payment confirmed and your access did not arrive, contact us with the order id and we will fix it.

6. Credits

Credits pay for photos that a character has decided to send: one credit opens one photo. Conversation never costs credits. They buy volume, never access to her — there is nothing you can buy that changes what she is willing to do or say.

  • Each plan includes credits every 30 days — 50 on Talk, 150 on Keep, 300 on Build — on monthly and yearly plans alike. Each allowance starts when you first spend a credit and lasts 30 days. Unused included credits do not carry over; the next 30 days start fresh.
  • Credits come only with a plan; they are not sold on their own. If your plan's photos run out, you can move to a larger plan, or wait for the next 30 days.
  • Bonus credits, and credits bought before credit packs were retired on 15 October 2026, never expire while your account exists, and are only spent once your plan's included credits are gone.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or refunded.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service if you are under 18, or help anyone under 18 use it;
  • attempt to produce, request or describe sexual content involving minors — in any form, real or fictional. This is the one line that ends an account instantly and, where the law requires it, is reported;
  • try to make a character resemble or impersonate a real person;
  • create, request or attempt to create deepfakes — any image, video, voice or text that uses the face, body, voice or likeness of a real person, including by uploading their photo;
  • request or steer toward anything on the blocked content list;
  • circumvent the age check, the message limits, or any other control;
  • scrape, probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or resell access to it;
  • use the service for anything illegal where you are.

The content policy and blocked content pages say more about what the characters will and will not do.

8. Your content and ours

What you write stays yours. You give us permission to store it and send it to the AI services that generate the replies — nothing more. The characters, their writing, their images and the service itself are ours or our licensors'.

9. Ending things

You can stop using the service at any time, and you can ask us to delete everything. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will if section 7 is involved. If we close your account for a breach, any remaining paid time or credits are forfeited, and renewal is cancelled.

10. No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided as it is. Language models make mistakes, images are generated, and we do not promise the service will be available at any given moment. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. We will not change what a period you have already paid for includes.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, and disputes go to its courts.
