18 U.S.C. § 2257 Exemption Statement

This statement explains why record-keeping requirements under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related regulations do not apply to the visual content on Slavia.ai.

No actual human performers

All character faces, bodies, and scenes on Slavia.ai are fictional and computer-generated. They are not photographs or videos of real people engaged in actual sexually explicit conduct. There are no "performers" whose identity documents we could hold under § 2257, because no such persons appear.

Exemption

Content that does not depict actual human beings engaged in actual sexually explicit conduct falls outside the record-keeping obligations that apply to producers of such depictions. Slavia.ai relies on that exemption for its AI-generated imagery and related materials.

Age of fictional characters

Every character is written and depicted as an adult 18 or older (roster ages 22–37). See the underage policy and content policy.
