We respect copyright. If you believe material on Slavia.ai infringes a work you own, send a notice. Most faces and copy here are ours or AI-generated; this page is for cases where that is not true.

Infringement notice

Email support@slavia.ai with a written notice that includes:

• your physical or electronic signature (as copyright owner or authorised agent);
• identification of the copyrighted work;
• identification of the material on our service and enough information to find it (URL, character name);
• your address, telephone number, and email;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law;
• a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act.

What we do

On a complete notice we review it, may disable access to the material, and may notify the user involved. Repeat infringers can lose their account.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or any district where we may be found if you are outside the US), plus acceptance of service of process from the complainant. We may restore the material after waiting the period the DMCA provides, unless the complainant files suit.
